Exact Technical Solutions Company is a construction contractor and provider of operation and maintenance services, with activities encompassing maintenance, construction, mechanical works, and related services. The company is seeking an experienced Procurement Professional to lead and manage supply chain operations, ensuring full compliance with Saudi Aramco and Saudi Electricity Company standards, material specifications, and turnaround requirements. The successful candidate must have at least 10 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or sourcing and previous experience controlling procurement from a corporate office; prior supervisory or in-charge experience is a significant advantage. The role combines strategic sourcing with daily operational execution, ensuring that raw materials, equipment, supplies, and services are procured with the optimal balance of cost, quality, and delivery speed while strictly adhering to company compliance policies. Responsibilities include researching, identifying, and evaluating potential local and global suppliers and vendors; managing Request for Proposal and Request for Quotation processes from specification gathering through final evaluation; maintaining and updating an organized, approved master vendor database; negotiating commercial terms, pricing, payment schedules, and delivery timelines to maximize cost efficiency; collaborating with internal legal and finance departments to draft, review, and execute vendor contracts and service agreements; monitoring existing contracts to manage renewals, terminations, and renegotiations; reviewing purchase requisitions for accuracy and proper departmental authorization; generating and issuing purchase orders through enterprise resource planning systems such as Oracle; tracking shipments and coordinating with logistics teams, customs clearance agents, and warehouse teams to resolve delays and quantity or quality discrepancies; monitoring inventory levels with operations teams to forecast future procurement needs accurately and prevent stockouts; conducting comprehensive cost-benefit and market trend analyses to identify savings opportunities; and working closely with Accounts Payable to ensure smooth invoice reconciliation and vendor payment processing. Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, while professional certifications are highly preferred. High proficiency in enterprise resource planning software such as Oracle and procurement platforms, along with advanced Microsoft Excel skills, is required. Preference is given to candidates with a local-transfer Iqama.
