Maintenance and Cleaning Officer
Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance and Cleaning Officer with a minimum of three years of practical experience in maintenance and cleaning, preferably in hotels or hospitality facilities. The candidate must have proven experience supervising daily cleaning and maintenance activities and ensuring quality standards, along with good knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance work. The role requires the ability to supervise cleaning and maintenance staff, assign tasks, monitor performance, prepare and follow preventive maintenance and cleaning schedules, handle maintenance emergencies, and resolve problems efficiently. Good communication and coordination skills, the ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to operational needs, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are required. Previous experience in schools, hotels, residential compounds, or large facilities is preferred. A good command of English is required, and Arabic is preferred.
Requirements
