Key Responsibilities: • Handle visa processing for various countries with accuracy and professionalism. • Provide air ticketing services using GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre). • Promote travel packages and services to potential clients through sales and marketing activities. • Advise clients on travel requirements, visa documentation, and itineraries. • Manage client inquiries through phone, email, and in-person visits. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. • Stay up to date with airline schedules, travel regulations, and visa rules.
