The role involves handling air ticket reservations, reissuance, and cancellations; managing customer inquiries and providing accurate travel information and fares; coordinating with airlines to support booking and ticketing operations; maintaining records of issued tickets, refunds, and changes; and assisting clients with their travel plans through timely and professional support. The position is based in Hoora, Kingdom of Bahrain.
