We are seeking a Project Manager to deliver high-quality commercial fit-out projects for reputable corporations, international brands, shopping malls, retail, food and beverage, and hospitality clients. The role covers the project lifecycle from initiation through handover and requires performance across time, quality, cost, communication and stakeholder management, technical competency, leadership, proactiveness and decision-making, and risk management. Applicants should submit a CV and a portfolio of completed projects, including client names, project values, and responsibilities.

- A minimum of seven years of relevant experience.
- A proven portfolio of successfully completed commercial fit-out projects for well-known clients.
- Experience in Bahrain or the GCC and knowledge of mall fit-out requirements are preferred.

- Client management and excellent communication skills.
- Professional reporting.
- Planning and scheduling.
- Cost control.
- Multidisciplinary coordination.
- Evidence-based decision-making.
- Proactive problem-solving.
- Strong leadership and accountability.
- Risk management and ownership.
- Sound judgment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and project documentation.
- The ability to anticipate challenges, communicate clearly, make informed decisions, and deliver results rather than simply reporting problems.
