We are an assistance company based in Bahrain that provides travel and medical assistance services to insurance companies and their customers. We are seeking a French-speaking freelancer to support us on an as-needed basis, particularly when we receive French-speaking customers or assistance cases.

- Fluent spoken French is essential.
- Good French reading and writing skills are highly preferred.
- English communication skills are preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, travel, insurance, healthcare, hospitality, or assistance services would be an advantage.

- This is not a full-time position.
- The freelancer must be available to assist occasionally outside normal working hours when required.
- The workload is low, occasional, and flexible, and may vary according to the number of French-speaking cases received; it could be approximately 10 calls per month, or fewer or more depending on demand.
- The role is suitable for someone who already has a job or other commitments and is seeking additional income.
- The arrangement is freelance, part-time, or on-call.
- Compensation is based on the work or cases handled.
