We are looking for an experienced Construction Surveyor to join our construction team in Bahrain. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting construction, site, and topographical surveys; accurately setting out, leveling, aligning, and positioning construction works; establishing and maintaining benchmarks, control points, coordinates, and reference points; and carrying out setting out for foundations, columns, walls, slabs, roads, drainage, utilities, and excavation works. The role also involves checking construction works against approved drawings, coordinating with Site Engineers, Project Engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and site teams, identifying discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions, maintaining accurate survey records, and ensuring compliance with project requirements, quality standards, and site safety procedures.

- Diploma Or Bachelor's Degree In Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, Or A Related Field.
- الخبرة
- ٣ – ٥ سنوات
- Candidates must hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Candidates must have 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction surveying.
- Strong hands-on experience with Total Station, Auto Level, GPS/GNSS, and related surveying equipment.
- Good knowledge of setting out, leveling, coordinates, benchmarks, and site measurements.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and survey data processing is an advantage.
- Experience in building, villa, commercial, high-rise, or civil construction projects is preferred.
- Bahrain or GCC construction experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work effectively on construction sites.
- Ability to monitor construction works to ensure correct levels, alignment, dimensions, and tolerances.
- Ability to prepare survey reports, field notes, measurements, calculations, and as-built survey data.
- Ability to identify and report discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions to the relevant engineer.
- Ability to maintain accurate survey records and ensure that surveying equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
- Ability to ensure that surveying activities comply with project requirements, quality standards, and site safety procedures.
