Junior Accounts Officer

We are seeking a Junior Accounts Officer to support finance and accounting operations. Responsibilities include assisting with daily accounting and finance activities; recording and maintaining invoices, receipts, payments and other financial transactions; preparing and updating accounts payable and accounts receivable records; assisting with bank and cash reconciliations; maintaining proper filing of accounting documents and financial records; preparing basic financial reports and accounting statements as required; assisting with invoice verification and payment processing; following up on outstanding payments and receivables; coordinating with suppliers, customers and internal departments regarding accounts-related matters; supporting the preparation of monthly reports and closing activities; ensuring that accounting records are accurate and updated on a timely basis; and performing other assigned accounting and administrative duties.

- المؤهل الدراسي
- Diploma Or Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Or A Related Field.
- Previous experience in a junior accounting or accounts-related role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable, invoice processing, bank reconciliation, petty cash handling, data entry and record keeping.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field.
