Job Description
A full-time Senior Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Supervisor is required in Manama to oversee and coordinate commercial kitchen hood, exhaust duct, and deep-cleaning operations across multiple client sites. The role includes planning daily manpower deployment, site schedules, equipment requirements, and cleaning activities; conducting site inspections; ensuring the satisfactory completion of assigned work; monitoring cleaning procedures, chemical handling, equipment use, personal protective equipment, and workplace safety compliance; overseeing employee productivity, attendance, performance, and adherence to operational standards; coordinating with clients and addressing operational concerns; preparing inspection reports, work completion records, operational updates, and manpower reports; identifying service improvement opportunities; and supporting customer retention and business development.

- Valid driving licence.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in facilities management, industrial cleaning, technical cleaning, or commercial kitchen maintenance operations.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or operational team leadership role within a relevant technical services environment.
- Practical knowledge of commercial kitchen exhaust systems, industrial cleaning equipment, degreasing processes, and safe cleaning procedures.
- Proven ability to supervise technical cleaning teams and manage multiple service locations.
- Good understanding of occupational health and safety practices, chemical handling, and operational quality control.
- Strong leadership, manpower planning, client coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prepare operational reports, maintain service documentation, and monitor team productivity.
- Direct experience supervising commercial kitchen hood, duct, and exhaust cleaning operations is preferred.
- Previous employment with a facilities management company, specialised industrial cleaning contractor, or commercial kitchen maintenance provider is preferred.
- Familiarity with commercial kitchen fire-safety requirements and grease extraction system maintenance is preferred.
