Job Description
Responsibilities: - Boost sales by assisting customers with their choices of food and drink options in an engaging, friendly and courteous manner. - Continuously learn about the products and become an advocate for them. - Take orders and process payments as per store policy. - Prepare all food and drink orders according to store operating policies, including health and safety standards, ensuring quality beverages and food products. - Clean all equipment and surrounding workspace regularly as per company guidelines and Ministry of Health health and safety regulations. - Perform basic housekeeping of the workspace and seating areas. - Manage stock and inventory. - Handle opening and closing of the shop. - Be flexible to work additional shifts and at pop-up markets/shops. Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of experience in the Food and Beverage industry (Middle East). - Excellent communication skills and strong command of the English language.
