Previous real estate experience is not mandatory, and suitable applicants without prior experience may also be considered. Holding a RERA Licence is preferred. A RERA Licence is not strictly required for applicants to be considered. Candidates must be capable of generating leads independently. Applicants should be able to identify potential clients and pursue opportunities through their own initiative. Candidates must be able to nurture strong and reliable client relationships. Applicants should be comfortable building, maintaining, and developing robust relationships with clients over time. A results-oriented mindset is required for this position. Candidates should demonstrate a firm commitment to meeting targets and achieving agreed objectives.
