MEP Supervisor
Job Description
A leading construction company in the Kingdom of Bahrain is seeking a locally available, qualified, and experienced MEP Supervisor to join its team. Job Description: - Overseeing MEP installation, testing, and commissioning activities on-site for villas and high-rise buildings across 1st fix, 2nd fix, and final fix stages. - Inspecting daily site installations, managing punch/snag lists, and ensuring strict quality assurance against engineering standards. - Interpreting and cross-referencing MEP shop drawings, schematics, single-line diagrams, and architectural/structural details on-site. - Coordinating services with civil/structural teams and reviewing basic clash reports to resolve routing conflicts and prevent site rework. - Supervising site labor, foremen, and subcontractor teams in accordance with approved method statements. - Tracking daily workforce allocation, equipment deployment, and material logs using MS Excel, and reporting progress and site constraints to the MEP Engineer. - Ensuring strict compliance with local regulatory standards, permit-to-work (PTW) systems, and mandatory PPE site safety rules. Experience / Skills: - Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. - Minimum 3-5 years of site experience as an MEP Supervisor, specifically on villa or high-rise building projects. - Strong technical knowledge of MEP testing, commissioning procedures, and local authority/safety codes. - Proficient in reading MEP shop drawings, coordination layouts, and handling basic Excel tracking sheets on-site. - Good command of both English and Hindi (spoken and written) with strong site leadership skills. - Diploma Or Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience
- 3 – 5 Years
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Three to five years of site experience as an MEP Supervisor on villa or high-rise building projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP testing and commissioning procedures.
- Knowledge of applicable local authority and safety codes.
- Proficiency in reading MEP shop drawings, coordination layouts, schematics, single-line diagrams, and architectural and structural details.
- Ability to manage basic Microsoft Excel tracking sheets and site records.
- Strong site leadership and team-supervision skills.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Good spoken and written Hindi.
