Job Description

The available full-time positions in Manama are Elevator Troubleshooter, Elevator Service Technician, and Elevator Installer. The Elevator Troubleshooter diagnoses electrical, mechanical, and control-system faults, troubleshoots elevator breakdowns to identify their root causes, repairs and replaces faulty components, inspects motors, control panels, sensors, wiring, brakes, and safety systems, conducts testing after repairs to ensure safe operation, and attends emergency breakdowns to minimise downtime. The Elevator Service Technician performs preventive and corrective elevator maintenance, inspects and services electrical and mechanical components, checks motors, doors, brakes, control systems, and safety devices, lubricates, adjusts, and replaces components when required, attends service calls and resolves technical issues, maintains service and maintenance records, and ensures that elevators operate safely and efficiently. The Elevator Installer installs elevators in accordance with approved drawings and manufacturer specifications, installs guide rails, doors, motors, control panels, cables, and other components, performs mechanical and electrical assembly work, aligns and adjusts elevator components, conducts testing and commissioning after installation, identifies and rectifies installation problems, and follows all site safety procedures and standards.
