Telesales Agent

Location: Manama, Bahrain Job Type: Full-Time Working Hours: 9 hours per day, including a 1-hour break Working Days: Sunday to Thursday Working Schedule: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Job Description: We are looking to recruit highly motivated Telesales Agents who are fluent in both Arabic and English to become part of our expanding team. This role presents an excellent career-building opportunity, especially suitable for fresh graduates with a background in Information Technology, who are eager to pursue a professional path in sales and customer relationship management. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct both inbound and outbound telesales calls using Arabic and English to effectively engage with clients. - Actively promote our company’s services and successfully onboard new clients to expand our customer base. - Maintain thorough and accurate records of all client communications and interactions. - Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall success and objectives of the sales team. Requirements: - Applications are welcome from candidates of all nationalities, with a preference given to Bahraini nationals. - Recent graduates from IT-related programs are strongly encouraged to apply and take advantage of this opportunity. - Previous call center experience is considered an asset but is not a mandatory requirement for this position. - Demonstrated excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, both verbal and written. - A positive mindset, eagerness to learn, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced working environment are essential.
