Interior Supervisor
Job Description
Watercolor Interiors Bahrain, registered as Water Color Interiors Middle East W.L.L., is an interior fit-out and design company in Bahrain specializing in customized and innovative interior solutions designed to meet clients’ aesthetic requirements. The Interior Supervisor will review and understand interior design drawings and specifications, develop detailed production plans and schedules for each project, coordinate with the design team to maintain the design intent throughout production, coordinate with the procurement team to ensure the timely delivery of materials and products, assign duties and responsibilities to the production team, monitor work progress, implement quality control measures, report project progress to senior management, and manage and motivate teams to achieve results. Working hours are either from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM or from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with Friday as the weekly day off. Interviews are conducted virtually and by telephone.
Requirements
- Education
- Diploma In Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Or A Related Field
- Experience
- 5 Years
- Minimum five years of relevant experience
- Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of fit-out technology, materials, finishes, and fixtures
- Ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve results
- Education certificates required
