MEP Project Supervisor
Job Description
Supervise and coordinate MEP works including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drainage, and firefighting systems on construction sites. Manage site teams and subcontractors while ensuring adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and schedules. Collaborate closely with other construction disciplines and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
- Education
- Diploma Or Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering, Or Related Field
- Experience
- 4 – 6 Years
- Visa Status
- Transferable Or Valid Local Visa
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 4 to 6 years of relevant MEP construction supervision experience.
- Strong building construction experience.
- Experience with villa, residential, commercial, or high-rise projects is an advantage.
- Proven ability to read and interpret MEP/shop drawings.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supervising subcontractors and site teams.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.
- Bahrain/GCC construction experience preferred.
- Availability in Bahrain with transferable or valid local visa status preferred.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
Restriction / Special Note
- Candidates with experience mainly in maintenance or facilities management without hands-on building construction experience are not suitable.
