Barista

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and a friendly attitude, capable of creating a welcoming environment for all customers. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: - Greet customers with a smile and take accurate orders in a timely and friendly manner. - Operate coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers. - Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to company recipes and standards. - Prepare and serve sandwiches and other food items according to company standards. - Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and work areas. - Handle cash and POS transactions and accurately process payments. - Restock supplies and maintain appropriate inventory levels as needed. - Respond to customer feedback professionally and escalate issues when required. - Assist with opening and closing duties. - Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health standards. Qualifications: - Previous experience as a Barista is preferred. - Basic knowledge of coffee-brewing techniques and coffee equipment. - Excellent communication and customer-service skills. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. - Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays. - Applicants must currently be in Bahrain. - Immediate joining is required.
