- Minimum 3–5 years practical automotive diagnostic experience.
- Strong experience with European vehicles.
- Hands-on knowledge of Launch and/or Autel diagnostic scanners.
- Strong automotive electrical and electronic troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and trace electrical faults independently.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Comfortable using smartphones, WhatsApp, digital job-management systems.
- Professional appearance and good customer communication skills.
- Flexible and willing to work in a startup/mobile-service environment.
