Job Description
Requirements Languages: English and Hindi. Previous experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, Recruiter, or Customer Service Executive is preferred. Fresh graduates and candidates without prior experience are also welcome, provided they have good communication skills. Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English are required. Hindi or proficiency in other languages is considered an advantage. A confident and pleasant telephone manner is required. Good persuasion, follow-up, and interpersonal skills are required. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and WhatsApp is required. The candidate must be target-oriented and self-motivated. Requirements
