Job Description
A kind, compassionate, energetic and physically fit female carer is required to care for a cherished elderly English lady with vascular dementia in a family home in Saar. The working hours are from 8:30 PM to 8:30 AM, Saturday to Thursday. The duties include providing overnight supervision and care, changing the lady’s position every two to three hours, assisting with personal hygiene when required, helping to prepare a light evening meal, and carrying out light cleaning, tidying and ironing. What is offered includes a friendly and supportive family environment, as well as a private room with an attached bathroom if required. The ideal candidate will be a reliable, patient and caring woman with proven experience caring for elderly people, preferably with experience in dementia care, and must be physically strong as the role involves assisting with repositioning. She must be able to provide overnight supervision, personal care and light household assistance.
