Job description: We are seeking an experienced MEP Site Supervisor with a strong background in building construction projects to supervise and coordinate daily MEP site activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drainage, and firefighting works, with the ability to manage site teams and subcontractors. Responsibilities include supervising and coordinating daily MEP installation activities at construction sites; monitoring HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and other MEP works; ensuring that all work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules; reading and interpreting MEP drawings, shop drawings, layouts, and technical specifications; supervising technicians, workers, foremen, and subcontractors on site; coordinating MEP works with civil, structural, architectural, and finishing teams; monitoring manpower, materials, equipment, productivity, and daily site progress; conducting regular inspections to ensure proper workmanship and quality; identifying and resolving site coordination issues, MEP clashes, and installation problems; coordinating testing, commissioning, snagging, and rectification works; ensuring compliance with HSE requirements, PPE requirements, and construction site safety procedures; preparing daily progress, manpower, and site activity reports; coordinating with MEP Engineers, Project Managers, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors; and ensuring the timely completion of MEP works according to project requirements. Applicants must hold a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, MEP Engineering, or a related technical field, and have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as an MEP Supervisor or Site Supervisor in building construction, along with strong hands-on experience in MEP construction projects. Experience with villas, residential buildings, commercial projects, or high-rise buildings is preferred. Candidates must have good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems; the ability to read and understand MEP drawings and shop drawings; previous experience supervising construction teams and subcontractors; and strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Experience in construction projects in Bahrain is required. Candidates must currently be available in Bahrain, and immediate joiners are preferred. Candidates whose experience is primarily in maintenance or facilities, without a strong construction background, may not be suitable.
