Job Description
Responsible for securing premises and monitoring access while performing cleaning and maintenance tasks in common areas. Respond to emergencies and report incidents promptly. Ensure cleanliness of restrooms and proper waste management. Maintain communication with management regarding facility needs and incidents.
Requirements
- Capable of standing for long hours, walking patrols, and performing physical cleaning tasks.
- Basic proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages like Arabic or Hindi is an advantage.
- Honest, reliable, observant, and trustworthy.
- Prior basic experience in security guarding, housekeeping, or general facility cleaning is preferred.
