We are hiring 3 energetic and experienced Ticketing & Visa Consultants to join our professional team in Bahrain. Key Responsibilities: • Handle visa processing for various countries with accuracy and professionalism. • Provide air ticketing services using GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre). • Promote travel packages and services to potential clients through sales and marketing activities. • Advise clients on travel requirements, visa documentation, and itineraries. • Manage client inquiries through phone, email, and in-person visits. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. • Stay up to date with airline schedules, travel regulations, and visa rules. Requirements
- Hands-on experience with the Sabre system and direct airline portals.
- Strong knowledge of IATA regulations, ticket issuance, reissue, and refunds.
- Experience in visa consultation and travel documentation.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Young, energetic, and motivated individuals are preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in travel consultancy, visa processing, or airline ticketing.
- Strong sales and marketing background within the travel or tourism industry.
- Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Any nationality is welcome; applicants must be currently based in Bahrain or willing to relocate.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English. Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an advantage.
