Job Description
We are hiring Field Interviewers and Data Collectors to join our growing research team for ongoing market research projects. The role offers monthly performance incentives and career growth opportunities. Work will take place across Bahrain, including malls, events, field sites, and office-based shifts.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to speak, read, and write Hindi.
- Familiarity with multicultural communities in Bahrain.
- Positive attitude and professional work ethic.
- Willingness to conduct surveys in malls, outdoor locations, and by telephone.
- Ability to work full-time or on project-based shifts.
- Conduct face-to-face and telephone interviews.
- Follow project scripts and guidelines accurately.
- Record responses clearly and professionally.
- Meet daily productivity targets.
- Represent the company with professionalism and courtesy.
