Job Description
Urgently hiring a full-time Salesperson for wooden flooring and furniture in Salmabad, Bahrain. The role requires 2–3 years of proven experience in wooden flooring sales or the flooring industry. Responsibilities include driving showroom sales of wooden flooring and furniture products, engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to business growth, maintaining strong product knowledge to advise clients effectively, building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, assisting with showroom operations including inventory management and display arrangements, and collaborating with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience. Requirements include strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, and knowledge of furniture and flooring trends, which is an advantage. Bahraini residents are preferred, or applicants must hold a valid work permit.
