Urgent hiring in Bahrain for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead the Centralized Gas System (CGS) sales and project team for LPG. The role involves leading and managing the CGS division’s sales and project teams to ensure optimal performance and team synergy; driving project sales growth by converting leads, responding to enquiries, and securing new business; developing and implementing strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives and client requirements; identifying and acquiring new opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building; engaging and influencing key decision-makers and stakeholders to position CGS solutions effectively; collaborating with engineering, procurement, and execution teams to ensure seamless project delivery; monitoring KPIs, preparing reports, and presenting updates to senior management; and fostering a high-performance culture through motivation, training, and team development.
