Job Description
Key Responsibilities: - Sanitation: Wipe and sanitize dining tables, chairs, booths, and all high-touch surfaces. - Floor Care: Sweep, mop, and vacuum all front-of-house (dining room) and back-of-house (kitchen/prep) floors. - Restroom Maintenance: Clean and sanitize toilets, sinks, and mirrors, and restock supplies such as paper towels and soap. - Waste Management: Empty trash bins, manage recycling, and dispose of waste according to health guidelines. - Deep Cleaning: Carry out periodic deep cleans, including scrubbing kitchen vents, grease filters, and appliances. - Supply Inventory: Monitor cleaning supplies and notify management when inventory is low.
