Job Description
A growing construction and contracting company in Bahrain is seeking motivated and experienced indoor and outdoor sales representatives to join its team. Responsibilities include promoting and marketing the company’s construction and contracting services, identifying and approaching potential clients, visiting customers, companies, engineering offices and project sites, generating new leads and business opportunities, following up with potential clients and converting leads into signed contracts, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients. Requirements include previous sales experience, preferably in construction, contracting, real estate or a related field, along with strong communication and negotiation skills. Applicants must be self-motivated, target-oriented and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Candidates with an existing network in the construction industry are highly preferred.
