Job Description

Supervise and coordinate MEP activities on construction sites, ensuring quality and compliance with project requirements. Manage site teams, subcontractors, and daily installation works. Monitor progress, safety, and workmanship. Collaborate with project stakeholders to resolve issues and facilitate inspections.

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering, or related technical field preferred.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in MEP site supervision within the construction industry.
  • Strong building construction experience.
  • Hands-on experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret MEP and shop drawings.
  • Experience supervising subcontractors and site teams.
  • Strong knowledge of construction practices, quality control, and HSE procedures.
  • Good leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bahrain/GCC construction experience preferred.
  • Experience in villas, residential, commercial, or high-rise projects advantageous.
  • Must be currently located in Bahrain.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
  • Candidates with cancelled/transferable visa or valid local status preferred.
