Sales Executive

Startico Business Solutions W.L.L. is seeking a dedicated Bahraini female Sales Executive to join its expanding team in Bahrain. Job Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business leads while cultivating strong, long-term relationships with clients. Actively promote the company’s range of business consultancy services, including its company formation offerings. Follow up with prospective clients through appropriate communication channels, including telephone calls, WhatsApp, and other suitable platforms. Develop a clear understanding of each client’s business needs in order to provide appropriate, effective, and well-suited solutions. Consistently meet or exceed the established monthly sales targets. Maintain professional and positive relationships with existing and prospective clients to encourage ongoing business. Requirements: Applicants must be Bahraini women. Previous experience in sales, business development, customer service, or telesales is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for the role. Fluency in both Arabic and English is required. Candidates should be confident, motivated, and results-driven. Familiarity with social media platforms and the use of WhatsApp for business communication will be considered an advantage. Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and strong sales potential are also encouraged to apply.
