Warehouse in-Charge
Job Description
A full-time Warehouse In-Charge is required in Manama, Bahrain, for the Warehouse and Logistics Department. The role involves managing daily warehouse operations, including the receipt, storage, and distribution of products; maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular stock checks; supervising and coordinating warehouse staff by assigning tasks and monitoring performance; maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment; coordinating with the purchasing, kitchen, and restaurant teams to ensure the timely delivery of supplies; inspecting incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality; safely and efficiently operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks; preparing and maintaining documentation related to shipping, receiving, and inventory; implementing and enforcing warehouse procedures and safety regulations; and promptly reporting discrepancies or issues to management.
Requirements

- Experience
- 2 Years
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least two years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to lift heavy items and operate warehouse equipment safely.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Additional training or certification in warehouse management is an advantage.
- Experience in foodservice or restaurant supply chain logistics is preferred.
- Forklift certification or similar equipment training is preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems is preferred.
