Job Description
A school is seeking an experienced and passionate Computer Teacher to join its team. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, effective classroom management skills, and the ability to make computer lessons engaging and practical for students. Responsibilities include teaching Computer Science and ICT lessons in accordance with the school curriculum; preparing effective lesson plans, teaching materials, and classroom activities; delivering engaging and practical computer lessons suitable for students’ ages and learning levels; teaching basic computer skills, applications, programming, coding, and other relevant ICT concepts as required; maintaining good classroom discipline and creating a positive learning environment; monitoring students’ progress and providing appropriate support when required; integrating technology and interactive activities into teaching; maintaining accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and performance; and following school policies, procedures, and safeguarding requirements. Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, Education, or a related field, have a minimum of 2–3 years of teaching experience in a school environment, possess strong knowledge of computer applications, ICT, and basic programming or coding, demonstrate excellent communication and classroom management skills, and be able to use technology effectively in teaching. Candidates who are available to join immediately will be preferred.
