Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and energetic host or hostess to serve as the first point of contact for our guests. Responsibilities include warmly welcoming guests and creating a positive first impression, efficiently managing reservations and waiting lists, escorting guests to their tables and providing menus, coordinating with the service team to ensure smooth seating arrangements, answering phone calls and assisting with guest inquiries, maintaining a clean and organised reception area, and handling guest concerns professionally and promptly. Requirements
- Previous hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
