Job Description
We are seeking a Driver and Cleaning Supervisor for driving, cleaning supervision, labour coordination, site management, daily operations, and maintenance support. The position is based in Manama.
Requirements
- Experience
- 2 – 3 Years
- Driving Licence
- Required
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Bahrain.
- Valid Bahrain manual driving licence for a manual minibus.
- Proven experience in cleaning services and supervising cleaning teams.
- Experience in labour coordination, site management, and daily operations.
- Ability to inspect sites and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Basic plumbing repair skills.
- Basic electrical work skills.
- Basic accommodation and building maintenance and repair skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle emergency maintenance issues.
