Job Description
Oversee beverage and outlet transaction controls and prepare detailed management reports. Monitor inventory, sales data, and pricing accuracy at multiple outlets. Conduct regular spot checks and physical inventories to ensure compliance. Collaborate with management to maintain effective food and beverage control systems.
Requirements
- Experience in daily beverage and outlet transaction monitoring and reporting.
- Skilled in preparing comprehensive food and beverage control reports.
- Ability to maintain POS data accuracy and inventory controls.
- Competent in menu costing and pricing dispute identification.
- Experience conducting spot checks and physical inventories.
- Strong attention to detail and compliance monitoring.
- Experience working in a 4-star hotel environment.
