Job Description
We are hiring an experienced and highly motivated Senior Architect to join our team.
Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor’s Degree In Architecture Or A Related Field
- Experience
- 10 Years
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in architectural design and project delivery.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant architectural and design software.
- Excellent knowledge of architectural design, construction drawings, detailing, specifications, and authority requirements.
- Experience developing and reviewing concept designs, detailed drawings, tender drawings, and construction documentation.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and other disciplines.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and site execution.
- Ability to review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical submissions.
- Experience in site supervision and resolving technical and design issues during construction.
- Strong project coordination, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and guide junior architects and draughtsmen.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-discipline, accountability, leadership, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
