Fintech Project Associate
Job Description
Equitec Software Technology is hiring two full-time Fintech Project Associates in Manama, Bahrain. The successful candidates will support the delivery of technology projects for banks and investment firms from scoping through to go-live, work with clients to understand their requirements and convert them into clear project documentation, coordinate between clients and technical teams to keep timelines and deliverables on track, participate in user acceptance testing, client training and product demonstrations, and prepare project updates, reports and client presentations. They will also learn how research, compliance and human resources functions operate within financial institutions. Equitec builds digital transformation products for financial institutions, including DREAMS365, an end-to-end equity research platform, and EquiHRMS, a human resources platform built for banks in the Gulf. The company works with banks, brokerages and investment firms across the GCC, India, the UK, South Africa and Southeast Asia.
Requirements
- Education
- Degree In Finance, Banking, Economics, Or A Related Field; Master's Degree Advantageous
- Experience
- 0 – 2 Years
- Nationality
- Bahraini
- Degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field; a Master's degree is advantageous.
- Fresh graduates are welcome, as are candidates with one to two years of experience.
- Genuine interest in banking, capital markets, and fintech.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Organised, curious, and comfortable working with finance and technology teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Exposure to Excel modelling or project tools is an advantage.
