Job Description
We are hiring a highly motivated, customer-oriented Van Salesperson to promote and sell the company’s products to existing clients and prospective customers. The selected candidate will drive the company vehicle as part of the sales route and represent the company professionally with customers. The role includes working toward assigned sales targets, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and completing product deliveries promptly and efficiently. Responsibilities include: - Achieve or exceed the monthly sales targets set by the company. - Promote and sell company products to both current clients and new prospective customers. - Drive the company van safely and use it for daily sales visits and delivery activities. - Collect payments from customers and issue accurate invoices or receipts when required. - Keep the van inventory organised, well stocked, and properly arranged for customer presentation. - Ensure products are displayed neatly and attractively inside the company van. - Prepare complete daily documentation, including sales records, payment collection summaries, and route reports. - Maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication and reliable service. - Support timely and efficient delivery of products to customers. Requirements for the role are as follows: - High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is required. - Previous experience in van sales is preferred. - Experience in food packaging sales will be an advantage. - A valid Bahrain driving licence is mandatory. - Good communication skills and strong customer service ability are required. - Ability to work independently and consistently meet sales objectives is required. - Basic mathematical ability and accurate cash-handling skills are required.
