Job Description
Seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor with a strong background in 4- or 5-star hotels or luxury residences. Candidates should have expertise in supervising staff, maintaining high cleanliness standards, and managing housekeeping operations. Prior experience in private residential settings is an advantage. Must be willing to relocate and currently based in Bahrain is preferred.

- Minimum 3–5 years of housekeeping experience in 4- or 5-star hotels or similar settings.
- Previous supervisory experience as Housekeeping Supervisor, Floor Supervisor, or Senior Housekeeper.
- Strong knowledge of hotel housekeeping standards, cleaning procedures, room inspections, and hygiene.
- Experience in staff supervision, training, and management.
- Attention to detail and ability to uphold high cleanliness standards.
- Experience managing laundry, linen, cleaning supplies, and inventory control.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Professional appearance and behavior.
- Residential or private household housekeeping experience is preferred.
- Willingness to relocate to Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
- Currently residing in Bahrain is preferred.
