Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced MEP Supervisor specializing in Building Construction to oversee and coordinate the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works across our building construction projects. The ideal candidate must possess extensive hands-on experience in construction and demonstrate the capability to effectively manage site teams, subcontractors, and all daily MEP-related activities. Key Responsibilities - Supervise all daily MEP installation and construction activities taking place on the project site. - Oversee the execution of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and fire alarm systems to ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards. - Coordinate and integrate MEP activities with the civil, structural, architectural, and finishing trades to ensure seamless project progress. - Read, analyze, and interpret all relevant MEP drawings, shop drawings, detailed layouts, and technical specifications in order to guide installation and resolve issues. - Provide direct supervision to technicians, construction workers, subcontractors, and on-site teams to maintain productivity and quality. - Monitor and manage the allocation of manpower, availability of materials, equipment usage, workforce productivity, and overall daily work progress related to MEP operations. - Conduct frequent site inspections to verify the quality of workmanship and that all works comply strictly with project standards and requirements. - Identify potential conflicts including MEP clashes and other technical or coordination issues on-site, and develop effective solutions to resolve them promptly. - Ensure that all installations conform fully with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality assurance protocols, and adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations. - Coordinate critical activities such as equipment testing, commissioning, snag identification, rectification works, and the final handover of MEP systems. - Prepare and submit detailed daily and weekly reports documenting progress, manpower deployment, and any issues arising to maintain project transparency. - Maintain constant coordination and communication with MEP Engineers, Project Managers, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operational flow. - Ensure timely availability of all required MEP materials and equipment on-site to prevent delays and maintain continuous workflow. Requirements - A minimum of 3 to 5+ years of relevant professional experience working as an MEP Supervisor within building construction environments. - Proven strong hands-on expertise in MEP construction activities is essential. - Experience working on a variety of project types including villas, residential complexes, commercial buildings, or high-rise structures is highly desirable. - In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical installations, plumbing, drainage infrastructure, as well as firefighting systems. - Proficient in reading, interpreting, and working with MEP and shop drawings. - Demonstrated experience in managing subcontractor teams and various construction site trades. - Strong leadership qualities complemented by excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities. - Prior experience working within Bahrain or GCC construction markets is strongly preferred. - Educational qualifications such as a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering, or an equivalent technical field will be considered an advantage. - The candidate must currently be available in Bahrain. - Immediate availability to join the project is strongly preferred to meet project timelines. - Candidates possessing a transferable or cancelled visa, or holding valid local residency status, will be given preference. Important Notice This particular role is strictly oriented towards candidates with construction-focused MEP supervisory experience. Applicants whose primary background lies in maintenance or facilities management without substantial hands-on building construction exposure may not be deemed suitable for this position.

- Ability to read and interpret MEP and shop drawings.
- Experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with villa, residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects preferred.
- Bahrain or GCC construction experience preferred.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering, or related field advantageous.
- Currently available in Bahrain with transferable/cancelled visa or valid local status preferred.
