Marine Sales Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales activities in our Marine Service Department, specialising in life rafts and fire and safety services. The role focuses on expanding the customer base in the maritime industry and delivering complete solutions in coordination with service and technical teams. Responsibilities include driving sales of life rafts, fire-extinguishing systems, and marine safety equipment and services; identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the marine industry; managing existing client accounts and ensuring high customer satisfaction; preparing and delivering proposals and presentations to clients; working closely with service and technical teams; staying up to date with marine safety regulations and compliance standards; and meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Required
- At least two years of sales experience in the marine industry.
- Proven experience with marine safety products such as life rafts and firefighting systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A strong understanding of IMO and SOLAS regulations is preferred.
- A valid driving licence is required.
- Willingness to travel as needed is required.
- A background in Marine Engineering or Marine Safety is preferred but not mandatory.
- An existing network of clients in ship management companies, shipyards, or port operations is preferred.
