Quality Inspector
Job Description
Inspect all incoming raw materials required for manufacturing against standard product specifications. Inspect finished goods to ensure product quality, proper packaging and identification, including batch numbers and clear MTN, and maintain records. Check all goods returned by customers, recommend suitable disposal, and maintain master samples of all manufactured products and packaging materials.
Requirements
- Education
- Diploma Or Bachelor's Degree In A Related Course
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in a related course.
- Experience in a quality position is required.
- Manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of raw material, semi-finished product, and finished goods inspection.
- Ability to perform thickness and weight analysis, PPM reporting, MFI testing, dart impact testing, cupping testing, foil lubricant GSM testing, wall thickness checks, glue adhesion testing, oil-proof and crack testing, oil-proof testing in a hot oil bath, waterproof and leak testing, container capacity testing, and viscosity testing.
- Ability to maintain records and master samples and recommend suitable disposal of returned goods.
