Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance to keep the hospital’s facilities and equipment in good working condition. Responsibilities include carrying out routine maintenance and repairs of hospital facilities; handling electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and general maintenance tasks; inspecting and troubleshooting maintenance issues; conducting preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns; responding promptly to emergency maintenance requests; ensuring compliance with health and safety standards; maintaining records of maintenance activities and repairs; and coordinating with external contractors when required.
Requirements
- Experience
- 2 Years
- Minimum of two years of experience in general maintenance
- Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning systems
- Ability to work independently and solve technical problems
- Experience in hospital or facility maintenance is preferred
- Flexibility to respond to urgent maintenance needs is required
