Job Description
A well-reputed training institute in the Kingdom of Bahrain is seeking a friendly, motivated, and customer-oriented Sales Receptionist to join its team. The key responsibilities include welcoming and assisting students, parents, and visitors professionally, managing reception duties and customer enquiries, promoting and selling training courses and programmes to prospective students, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into course registrations. The role also involves clearly explaining course details, schedules, fees, and registration procedures; maintaining accurate student records, registration information, and daily sales reports; coordinating with trainers and management regarding class schedules and students’ requirements; providing excellent customer service; and achieving assigned sales and registration targets. Applicants must be Filipino nationals and must currently be available in Bahrain. Previous experience in sales, reception, customer service, or a training institute is preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in English, strong sales and follow-up skills, confidence, a presentable and customer-focused approach, and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer applications are required, while knowledge of Arabic is an advantage. Candidates must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and preference will be given to those who can join immediately. The location is the Kingdom of Bahrain.
