Mobile, Laptop and Electronics Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile, Laptop and Electronics Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will diagnose and repair mobile phones, laptops, tablets, and other electronic devices running iOS and Android; troubleshoot hardware and software issues on iOS and Android devices; replace and repair components such as screens, batteries, charging ports, keyboards, and motherboards; conduct testing and quality checks after repairs; maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used; and provide excellent customer service and technical support.
Requirements
- Proven experience repairing mobile phones, laptops, and electronic devices running iOS and Android
- Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting
- Ability to identify and resolve technical faults efficiently
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
