MEP Site Supervisor
Job Description
A leading construction company in the Kingdom of Bahrain is looking for a qualified and experienced MEP Site Supervisor to join its team. Job Description: - Oversee MEP installation, testing, and commissioning activities on-site for villas and high-rise buildings during 1st, 2nd, and final fix stages. - Inspect daily site installations, manage punch/snag lists, and ensure strict quality assurance in compliance with engineering standards. - Interpret and cross-reference MEP shop drawings, schematics, single-line diagrams, and architectural/structural details on-site. - Coordinate services with civil and structural teams and review basic clash reports to resolve routing conflicts and prevent site rework. - Supervise site labor, foremen, and subcontractor teams in accordance with approved method statements. - Track daily workforce allocation, equipment deployment, and material logs using MS Excel, and report progress and site constraints to the MEP Engineer. - Ensure strict compliance with local regulatory standards, permit-to-work (PTW) systems, and mandatory PPE site safety rules. Requirements/Skills: - Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. - Minimum of 3 to 5 years of site experience as an MEP Supervisor, specifically on villa or high-rise building projects. - Strong technical knowledge of MEP testing and commissioning procedures, as well as local authority and safety codes. - Proficient in reading MEP shop drawings and coordination layouts. - Competent in using Excel for tracking progress on-site. - Good command of both English and Hindi, spoken and written. - Strong site leadership skills.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of site experience as an MEP Supervisor in villa or high-rise projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP testing, commissioning procedures, and local authority safety codes.
- Proficiency in reading MEP shop drawings and coordination layouts.
- Competent in using Excel for tracking progress.
- Good command of English and Hindi, both spoken and written.
- Strong site leadership skills.
