MEP Project Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Engineer to join our construction team and manage and coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection works, ensuring that projects are completed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. The role includes supervising MEP installation, testing, commissioning, and site activities; reviewing and interpreting MEP drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and material submittals; coordinating with consultants, architects, structural engineers, subcontractors, and site teams; monitoring project progress, quality, materials, and manpower requirements; conducting site inspections to ensure compliance with approved standards and requirements; preparing progress reports, technical documents, and site updates; identifying and resolving technical and site-related MEP issues; ensuring compliance with Bahrain construction regulations, health and safety requirements, and project specifications; and assisting with project planning, cost control, procurement, and material coordination. Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field and have proven experience as an MEP Project Engineer on construction projects, strong knowledge of MEP systems, installation, testing, and commissioning, the ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical specifications, and good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience with commercial buildings, high-rise buildings, villas, or large-scale projects is preferred, and candidates with Bahrain or GCC construction experience are preferred. Candidates must be locally available in Bahrain, and those who can join immediately are highly preferred.

- Bachelor’s Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Or A Related Field

- Proven experience as an MEP Project Engineer in construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical specifications.
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with commercial buildings, high-rise buildings, villas, or large-scale projects is preferred.
- Bahrain or GCC construction experience is preferred.
- Immediate joining is highly preferred.
