MEP Site Supervisor
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced MEP Site Supervisor with a strong background in building construction to supervise and coordinate daily mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drainage, and firefighting activities on construction sites. The role requires hands-on experience with MEP installations and the ability to manage site teams, technicians, workers, foremen, and subcontractors. Responsibilities include coordinating MEP activities with civil, structural, architectural, and finishing teams; reading and interpreting MEP drawings, shop drawings, layouts, and specifications; monitoring manpower, materials, equipment, productivity, and daily site progress; ensuring that installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules; conducting regular site inspections and ensuring quality workmanship; identifying and resolving MEP coordination issues, clashes, and installation problems; coordinating testing, commissioning, snagging, and rectification works; ensuring compliance with HSE and construction safety requirements; preparing daily and weekly progress and manpower reports; and coordinating with MEP Engineers, Project Managers, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors. Candidates must hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering, or a related field and have 3 to 5 years of experience or more in MEP site supervision within the construction industry. Strong building construction experience, hands-on knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems, the ability to read and understand MEP and shop drawings, experience managing construction teams and subcontractors, and strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills are required. Bahrain or GCC construction experience is preferred, while experience with villa, residential, commercial, or high-rise projects is an advantage. Candidates must currently be available in Bahrain, and immediate joiners are preferred. Candidates whose experience is mainly in maintenance or facilities without strong construction experience may not be suitable.

- Experience managing construction teams and subcontractors.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Bahrain or GCC construction experience is preferred.
- Experience with villa, residential, commercial, or high-rise projects is an advantage.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
