Job Description
An established supermarket in Bahrain is seeking a responsible, experienced, and hardworking Supermarket Supervisor to join its team. The successful candidate will supervise daily supermarket operations, manage and coordinate staff, monitor stock, displays, pricing, and inventory, ensure excellent customer service, handle operational issues and staff concerns, maintain cleanliness, safety, and store standards, minimise wastage and stock discrepancies, and report daily operations to management. Applicants must have previous experience in supermarket supervision, store supervision, or store management, along with strong leadership and communication skills, good knowledge of supermarket operations, a responsible, organised, and trustworthy approach, and the ability to work under pressure.
