MEP Site Supervisor
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced MEP Site Supervisor with a strong construction background to supervise and coordinate MEP works at project sites. The successful candidate will oversee site teams and subcontractors and ensure that MEP installations are completed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules. Responsibilities include supervising daily mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drainage, and firefighting works; coordinating MEP activities with civil, structural, architectural, and finishing teams; reading and interpreting MEP drawings, shop drawings, layouts, and technical specifications; supervising technicians, workers, foremen, and subcontractors on site; monitoring daily work progress, manpower, materials, equipment, and productivity; conducting regular site inspections and ensuring proper quality and workmanship; coordinating testing, commissioning, snagging, and rectification works; identifying site issues, clashes, and installation problems and coordinating corrective actions; ensuring compliance with approved drawings, method statements, project specifications, and HSE requirements; and preparing daily and weekly site progress reports for the MEP Engineer or Project Manager. Applicants must hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering, or a related field, have a minimum of three years of relevant MEP site supervision experience in construction, and possess good knowledge of building MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting. Candidates must be able to read and understand MEP and shop drawings, have experience managing construction site teams and subcontractors, and demonstrate strong communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Applicants must currently be available in Bahrain, and immediate joiners are preferred.

- Minimum 3 years of relevant MEP site supervision experience in construction.
- Strong construction background.
- Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.
- Ability to read and understand MEP and shop drawings.
- Experience managing construction site teams and subcontractors.
- Strong communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Immediate joining preferred.
